Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Shipping is based on the country of delivery.
In India, we provide free shipping on all orders. For all international orders, we have a flat delivery fee.
Returns are accepted on condition within 15 days from delivery. For returns, please email us with the order number on care@cyahi.com

How long does it take to process an order?
Usually we take 5-10 days to process your order and ship them out. However, during high-demand season, we experience surges in orders and it may take us 15 days to fulfill the order.
Shipping within India takes 3-5 days to deliver and Internationally it takes 5-10 days. We share the tracking details with you as soon as your order is shipped
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Our customers from USA and Canada can access and place orders. For other countries, we are happy to assist you over email on care@cyahi.com
